Our Mission

Australia Nepal Public Link (ANPL) Inc is not for profit, non-political community organization established in 2012 in NSW, registered with the Department of Fair Trading. ANPL was registered with the Department of Community Services in 2014 in Victoria.
ANPL believes in dignity of every individual regardless of their experience of health and wellbeing. We aim to work to eliminate discrimination against individuals who may experience mental health issues by raising awareness and providing skills to be able to provide help to those who is experiencing mental health distress. ANPL also strives to be able to work collaboratively with the broader community to address issues experienced by Nepali community in Australia.

Goal

To contribute to improve health, wellbeing and social cohesion amongst Nepali community as well as Australian communities by positively influencing and supporting each other.

Objectives

Foster and enhance community connection between Nepali speaking community and Australian community Provide awareness on mental health and emotional wellbeing to Nepali community Provide ongoing mental health first aid to Nepali community in Australia

Activities

ANPL has been working with various Government Departments and community organizations in partnership. These partnerships range from funding to joint implementation, expert advice to collaboration with educational institutes such as Universities.
